A ado\u00e7\u00e3o da presente Pol\u00edtica do Sistema de Gest\u00e3o Integrado do Grupo FHC formaliza o compromisso das empresas e todos os stakeholders com pr\u00e1ticas e princ\u00edpios de gest\u00e3o definidos para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos seguintes objetivos:<\/p>

Ensure customer satisfaction through a variety of personalized products and services and the provision of innovative, quality, safe and effective solutions that meet the intended performance or claim, acting as a global supplier of products in the manufacturing and distribution chain of medicines and other health products and as a full-liner operator of products and logistics solutions in the sector;<\/p>

Anticipate and diversify and continually adapt the offer of products and services according to needs, allowing the implementation of an activity oriented towards \u201cinnovation at the service of the customer\u201d, through permanent and close analysis of the market and research and development centers;<\/p>

Promote Innovation, supported in the design and acquisition of energy-efficient products and services;<\/p>

Ensure management coordination of scientific, technological, organizational, financial and commercial activities, including investment in new technologies, aligned with the implementation of the defined strategy;<\/p>

Promote the continuous improvement of environmental performance through the control of its environmental aspects and the constant demand and accountability of all stakeholders in the value chain, in the commitment to protect the environment and prevent pollution;<\/p>

Continuously improve Occupational Health and Safety conditions, by reducing risks, acting on safe and healthy working conditions, to prevent injuries and health problems;<\/p>

Promote the involvement of all employees in the company's goals and growth strategies, through the promotion of creativity, communication and collaboration, consultation and participation activities;<\/p>

Maintain an organizational culture based on integrity, transparency and responsibility, where respect for our codes of ethics, conduct, Regulations, complaints, GDPR, among others, combined with compliance, are fundamental for the sustainability of the business and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders;<\/p>
