Protection of personal data - Basi is concerned with respect to the privacy of information that may be collected from users of our site. Basi undertakes that the pursuit of its legitimate business interests in the collection and processing of personal information received from users of our site does not conflict with the reasonable expectations of the privacy of the latter. Personal data transfers - BASI guarantees that your personal data will not be disclosed in any way to third parties without your explicit and informed consent, except in cases where the disclosure of such information may be deemed necessary by BASI to execute a contract concluded between them and the BASI for the declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding, or to protect the vital interests of Basi, the users of this site or the general public.
